Refund Policy

At Wishishth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following refund and exchange policy:

Returns & Exchanges

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Sale items or discounted products are eligible for exchange only.
• Custom/made-to-order items (including bridal couture) are non-refundable.

Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@wishishth.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. For exchanges, we cover the shipping for the replacement item.
